Shipping policy

For a limited time, Groupe Le Pacha inc. offers free delivery on any purchase of $85 or more before taxes. Restrictions or conditions may apply in certain provinces or territories, such as a fixed delivery fee of $10 for the following provinces: Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador. For the regions of Nunavut, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories, the cost of delivery will be borne by the customer. Before delivery, a customer service employee will contact you to make the payment related to the delivery charge.
Groupe LE PACHA INC. shall have the products ordered delivered by Purolator or Poste Canada to the address you will have specified with your order.
Delivery deadlines are as follows:
- 5-7 days Province QC
- 7-10 days Province ON
- 7-12 days for other provinces.
No deliveries shall be made to a post office box. Delivery shall be made only within the territorial limits of Canada.
Except for any provision specifically provided in the Groupe LE PACHA INC. Delivery Policy, the provisions of the Conditions of Sale continue to apply.
