Once you have placed an order, you cannot modify or cancel it. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the package to us. Please see our Policies and Conditions page for return conditions and instructions.

We only ship to Canada at this time!

Standard deliveries are shipped within 5 to 7 business days. For deliveries to remote areas, delivery times will be longer.

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of purchase for regular-priced and sale items. Please see our Policies and Conditions page for return conditions and instructions.

Once we receive your item, you will receive your refund within 14 days. We must inspect returns before issuing any refunds.

Le Pacha Group. Accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (only credit cards issued in Canada).

Our products on chaussureslepacha.com, rieker-pacha.ca, and chaussuresarabais.ca are taxable. These sales taxes are calculated according to the province of Quebec. Shipping costs are also taxable. In the event of a refund, we will also refund the taxes you have paid. However, shipping taxes are non-refundable.

The sizes on our website are the same as those in our three stores. We use the US system.
